1. This offer is for BDW Trading Limited ("Barratt London") to make a deduction of the completion balance of selected new-build homes if you are renting your current property (the "Contribution").

4. Purchasers of Eligible Plots must be 18 or over.

5. The Contribution has been calculated to reflect Barratt London's assessment of an amount equal to 50% of the average monthly rent for a property in a similar area to, and with the same amount of bedrooms as, the Eligible Plot, from the date of reservation until the date of expected completion on the Eligible Plot (at Barratt London's sole discretion, based on external sources such as Foxtons and home.co.uk). 6. Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation, unless the delay in completion is caused by Barratt London.6. The Contribution is payable on completion as a deduction to the overall completion balance payable by the purchaser.

7. Barratt London reserves the right to request evidence that the purchaser of the Eligible Plot has been renting prior to completion, as a condition of awarding the Contribution.

8. The Contribution is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.  There is no cash or other alternative to the Contribution in whole or in part.
