October Featured Home Offer – A contribution in lieu of rent on your current home re extended completion date

*Terms and conditions:

1. This offer is for BDW Trading Limited ("Barratt London") to make a deduction of the completion balance of selected new-build homes if you are renting your current property (the "Contribution").

2. Available on one specific plot, plot 288 (each an "Eligible Plot") at Western Circus. Subject to contract and availability.

3. Only applicable for Eligible Plots reserved on or before Sunday 31st October 2021.

4. Purchasers of Eligible Plots must be 18 or over.

5. The Contribution has been calculated to reflect Barratt London's assessment of an amount equal to 50% of the average monthly rent for a property in a similar area to, and with the same amount of bedrooms as, the Eligible Plot, from the date of reservation until the date of expected completion on the Eligible Plot (at Barratt London's sole discretion, based on external sources such as Foxtons and home.co.uk).
