Surrey Docks Health Centre opened within Redwood Park in the summer of 2014. The centre comprises a GP practice with surgical facilities, NHS dentists, chiropodists and more. For visitor convenience, it is set up as a single-storey building with good wheelchair access and ample car parking.
The first phase comprises Bluebell House and Robinia House where building work is now complete. Residents began moving into their new homes in June 2014. The build of the whole development is expected to be finished by December 2015. Blackthorn House, consisting of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments was released 25 October 2014.
