The build so far

St. Martins View is situated on Manchester Road in Castleton and will consist of 138 units with a range of three and four bedroom family homes. Build started late in 2012 with the first completions taking place in June 2013. We have now sold 118 homes to date and expect the development to be build complete during summer 2017.
