Essentials on your doorstep

The village is focused around the Market Place as its hub, with a range of small shops, café, post office, leisure centre, health centre and supermarket. There are also several churches, community library and two primary schools; St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School and Aylesham Primary School.

Also for the next six months all purchasers here are eligible for a year's free Kent Wildlife Trust family membership - join us creating caring communities.

Efficient, modern design

New is a smart design at Aylesham Village.

We've introduced a lot of considerate methods to ensure your new home is both environmentally and economically friendly, these considerations include being built with high levels of insulation, energy efficient boilers and various recycling systems.

However you imagine your perfect home and location you'll find at Aylesham Village we've thought of both. The homes are carefully designed and meticulously finished with open-plan layouts offering flexible living spaces. The external facades are in-keeping with the village's already existing community where early plans were drawn up by renowned Architect Sir Patrick Abercrombie who was the advocate for the then popular 'garden city movement'.

The location of the homes is set amongst a beautiful tree lined boulevard feature which runs from the main entrance. Bee friendly planting is also considered within our Show Homes.

There's no feeling like stepping into your new home with us.

The build so far

Aylesham Village is an exciting development of one, two, three, four and five bedroom homes.

Planning for these homes was granted in 2012 and foundation work started in August 2014.

Since then build has been progressing well with enticing street scenes forming and a close community of happy residents already enjoying their spacious new homes.

This development has sold well since opening with all homes in phase I now sold and fully occupied. We are currently selling phase II, with next completions scheduled for May 2017.

Evenings and weekends

With great access via rail and road there’s plenty to discover and enjoy locally, along the Kentish coastline and in the nearby cathedral city of Canterbury, with its university, colleges and wonderful range of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Local recreation in Aylesham offers clubs, shops, cafe and open spaces. To the west of the village is Spinney Wood providing another great adventure, popular with walkers. The village is located in some of Kent’s most attractive countryside, easily explored along the many paths and bridleways.

Live the life

Located on a high point in a shallow valley, with views across open countryside. A close community, with shops, schools, allotments, sports ground and various clubs. At the heart of the village is a large central open space, stretching from the Market Place down to the local railway station.

Though enjoying a country setting, Aylesham offers great access via rail to metropolis life, such as bustling Canterbury city in about 12 minutes. New home owners will also be well connected by road, via the B2046 to the A2 and M2.
