Essentials on your doorstep

At The Links, you're less than half a mile from the High Street. Here you'll find Sainsbury's for the big weekly shop or just 5 minutes along the Preston Lancaster New Road is Bradshaw's Farm Shop, where you can pick up some fresh fruit & veg.

Close to the development you'll also find a doctor's surgery and pharmacy, should you feel a bit under the weather.

Efficient, modern design

At Barratt we use modern materials and building techniques to deliver energy efficient homes that reduce running costs and help the environment. And at 45-55% more energy efficient than an older home of equal size, a Barratt home could save you £1,312 per year on your energy bills*.

At The Links we’ll be creating a selection of stone, red brick and rendered homes. There will be lots of generous green space for you and your family to enjoy, soft landscaping and mature trees to blend in with the history and character of the local area.

The build so far

The Links is a new development featuring 122 family homes with terraced, semi-detached and detached styles available. Ground works started during the Summer this year and we will soon have two new Show Homes opening.

Meet the team

George, our Site Manager, oversees construction ensuring our homes are of the highest quality.

A fantastic location

Pay a visit to Garstang and you'll find a town rich in ancient history and character. Found 11 miles north of Preston and 10 miles south of Lancaster it couldn't be better placed to enjoy all of Lancashire's beautiful countryside. The High Street features characteristic weinds which date back to medieval times. And the weekly market, stretching the length of the high street, is held every Thursday, and has been since 1310.

The Links is found on Kepple Lane, Garstang and is easily reached from the south via the M6 at junction 32, or from the north at junction 33. There are regular bus services throughout the town connecting to Lancaster, Preston and Poulton-le-Fylde. The nearest train stations are also at Lancaster and Preston, both roughly 10 miles away.
