Westgate House is the final chapter in the story of GWQ, the flagship regeneration project on west London’s Golden Mile in Brentford. GWQ has seen the five-hectare site on Great West Road transformed into house a vibrant new development of 900 homes. The striking development, with its variety of features incorporated throughout, was designed by architects Assael. Prominent within the community is The Tower, which stands 27 storeys high and provides a public viewing gallery at the top so you can enjoy the views of central London and Wallis House, a converted Grade-II listed building which now provides new homes and offices.
Adding to the lifestyle factor at GWQ are its range of on-site amenities. A Sainsbury's Local, private residents' fitness suite, nursery and dry cleaners. When you need to get to work, or fancy a trip to central London, you can find a bus stop within the development or there are buses to central London within walking distance.
Westgate House is the last opportunity to make GWQ your new home, bringing as it does many exciting features to complement the entire development.
Made up of 83 one and two-bedroom apartments spread over nine storeys, you will also have the added benefit of your own private winter garden and an underground car parking space.
Unique to Westgate House is a nine-storey glass atrium that features a striking, vertical garden wall which is one of the largest in Europe. Indoor gardens and seating areas are laid across four landings which you can enjoy all year round.
GWQ is situated just north of the River Thames, a short walk from central Brentford and within easy reach of some of west London’s most charming villages. For travel, the tube, rail and bus links are all within walking distance.
