Efficient, modern design
We are building Longford Park as part of a consortium development with Taylor Wimpey and Bovis, bringing a total of 1,100 new homes to the area as well as a new school, a village centre, football pitches and a sports pavilion. With our first and second phase of homes now sold out we have started on our third phase offering terrace, semi-detached and detached style homes.
We use the most advanced insulation, quality workmanship and the best-rated boilers meaning our homes will keep you warm and save you money. Your bills will be less than those in an upgraded Victorian home*.

The build so far
Construction at Longford Park started at the end of October 2013. We have now finished our first and second phases of the development and have recently opened our third phase with a new sales centre and two new show homes for you to look around. We anticipate that we will complete building our homes on all four phases by summer 2020.
