Help to Buy in England is changing

The Government's Help to Buy scheme is changing on 1st April 2021 and will only be available to first-time buyers. You'll still need just a 5% deposit , 75% mortgage and will be able to borrow 20% towards the cost of your new home from the Government (40% in London).
