Efficient, modern design
As part of the regeneration project, you will also find a hectare of public park running through the middle of the development which is split into two parks, Lyng Park and Square Park.

The build so far
In total The Lyng will deliver 335 new homes across four phases with the last phase of homes now available for you to buy. We started building our homes at The Lyng in July 2010 with the first legal completions taking place in June of the following year. With three phases complete and the last phase being built, we anticipate to have the development built and complete by June 2018.
