Following withdrawal or termination of any offer, we reserve the right to extend, reintroduce or amend any such offer as we see fit at any time.

Sales Advisers will advise customers of eligible plots and assist customers in selecting the appropriate offer from the offers available. Customers must have entered into the reservation agreement by close of business on 17th February 2019.

**Free flooring & moving fees - Offer is to either pay for supply and fitting of carpets or vinyl flooring for your new Barratt home. Carpets or vinyl must be chosen from our current Choices range to the value of 2% of the purchase price up to a maximum value of £8,000 whichever is lowest.

Or Barratt will pay removal fees to the value of 2% of the purchase price up to a maximum value of £8,000 whichever is lowest.  Removal fees include legal fees and moving fees.  Please note this offer excludes SDLT liabilities.
