On this Shared Ownership scheme, We are acting for and on behalf of Legal & General Affordable Homes Limited (the "Seller"), as its sales and marketing agent. At this stage in the process, We need to share your personal information with the Seller, or an authorised agent acting on its behalf, for the Seller to carry out various financial and other assessments related to your eligibility to participate in this Shared Ownership scheme. The Seller is an independent controller in respect of its use of your personal information for those purposes.
