Efficient, modern design

We are building Norton Farm along side David Wilson Homes bringing a total of 316 new homes to the area with 194 of those being built by us. We will offer a selection of apartments as well as terraced, semi-detached and detached style homes. The development will have a large area of open space which will hold an open water balancing pond giving a natural and rural setting.

The homes we are building are more energy efficient than an older home of the same size by up to 45-55%*. This means you can make an average saving of £1,312* a year on your energy bills.

*For more information on our energy efficient homes, click here.

The build so far

We received planning permission for 194 new homes to be built here at the beginning of February this year with construction starting soon after. We anticipate opening our Sales Centre in November with the show homes opening at the beginning of next year. Our homes will be built and completed by June 2019.
