    How to enter

  1. Share a picture of your Barratt London home to your Instagram or Facebook feed using the hashtag #MyBarrattLDN.
  2. The winners will be contacted via Instagram DM from the verified @BarrattLondon_ account or via Facebook DM from the verified @BarrattLondon page.
  3. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 years or over.
  4. You may be asked for proof of eligibility to participate.

  6. The Promoter is BDW Trading Ltd (company no. 03018173) whose registered office is at Barratt House, Cartwright Way, Forest Business Park, Bardon Hill, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1UF.
  7. The prize is as follows: one £50 Wayfair e-voucher.
  8. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability.
  9. The winner will be chosen at random, from all eligible comments received.
  10. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message or Facebook direct message within 28 days of the closing date.
  11. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not provide the further details required below or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  12. The winner will be asked to provide their email address and mailing address in order for the Promoter verify their eligibility and to send the prize. If the winner does not provide their address, their entry will be void and a new winner will be picked.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to any entrant in breach of these terms and conditions.
  14. A maximum of two (2) draws will occur for this prize.
  15. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  16. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  17. Closing date for the prize draw will be 11am on 22nd February 2022. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
  18. Employees of the Barratt group, their immediate family members or co-habitants or any person associated with the administration of the prize draw, will not be eligible to enter the prize draw.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
  20. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  21. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available, without giving notice.
  22. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the survey competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  23. By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to the collection, retention and usage of his/her personal information by the Promoter, in order to process and contact the entrant about his/her prize draw entry and for usage on our social media channels.

  25. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or that of its employees. The statutory rights of an entrant are not affected.
  26. This prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Any promoted Barratt London offer is subject to contract and status. Offers are on selected plots only and are subject to availability. The offers advertised cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer on the same plot unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices and details are correct at time of going to press. Barratt London reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of these offers at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee. Contracts must be exchanged within 42 days of reservation of your property. Failure to do so may result in the loss of all or part of your reservation fee and/or we may revoke any offer to sell the property to you at a discounted price.

The current specific offers being advertised in relation to selected Barratt London developments are also subject to the specific terms and conditions set out below (N.B. these offers may vary from time to time and you should refer to the development in which you are interested to discover which offers are available on specific plots and developments).

Barratt London will not be liable for the refusal of a mortgage based on the borrower’s individual circumstances which leads to the loss of any reservation fee. Barratt London will not be responsible for the failure of any deal due to any defects in your existing property which arise as a result of an inspection or survey, whether a part exchange deal has been agreed or not. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
