How does this scheme work?
With the scheme, we could contribute either £500 or £1,000 towards your deposit for every £20,000 spent on the purchase price, up to a maximum of £40,000. The contribution depends on the build stage, see how it works below.
If you reserve your home at an early build stage i.e. prior to internal fit out starting:
We could contribute £500 for every £20,000, up to a maximum of £20,000.
For a home at this stage, costing £400,000, you could qualify for a contribution of £10,000.
If you reserve your home at a later built stage i.e. internal fit out has started:
We could contribute £1,000 for every £20,000, up to a maximum of £40,000.
For a home at this stage, costing £400,000, you could qualify for a contribution of £20,000.

There is no price limit on the property you could buy, as long as you're eligible for the scheme just speak to your Sales Adviser at your chosen development. However there is a £40,000 cap on the contribution you could receive.

No there is no maximum income limit, you just need to meet the eligiblity criteria for the scheme.
