*Deposit Boost
This offer is for Barratt London to contribute towards your deposit up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price, with a sum that is no more than £40,000. This sum will be agreed prior to the reservation of your property. Purchasers are required to contribute a minimum 5% deposit. Barratt London’s contribution is paid to the purchaser’s solicitor at the time of completion.
**Mortgage Contribution
For every £25,000 of the purchase price of the property (excluding extras), we will pay you £1,000, up to a maximum of £40,000. The payment will be paid as a single lump sum on legal completion occurring. The payment of the lump sum is per property and not per named purchaser. Multiple purchasers of a single property will receive the same lump sum amount jointly as a single purchaser of a single property. We will not be liable for ensuring multiple purchasers of a single property receive their proportionate share of the lump sum amount payable. Purchasers will need to nominate a single bank account into which the total lump sum should be deposited. The nominated bank account information should be provided ahead of legal completion. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring the bank account information provided is complete and correct. We cannot be held liable for any lump sum payments which are delayed, go missing or do not reach the nominated bank account due to an error in the account information which is provided to us/our solicitors/conveyancers, or in the case of a banking error or for any other reason outside of our control.
***Service Charge Holiday
Offer is to cover the purchaser’s first two years’ service charge, based on the estimated service charge for the customer’s property at the time of reservation. Payable as a lump sum and deducted from purchaser's final completion statement.
^Stamp Duty
Offer is to contribute towards the purchaser’s actual liability for normal Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) with a sum that is no more than 5% of the purchase price. Payable as a lump sum and deducted from purchaser's final completion statement. The offer excludes any Stamp Duty surcharges if buying a new residential property means purchaser will own more than one home or otherwise qualify to pay an additional or higher rate of SDLT.

You may be offered a pre-selected package or, subject to availability, may be able to create a bespoke package, in each case up to the value of: (i) £3,899+VAT for a 1-bedroom property; (ii) £4,999 for a 2-bedroom property; or (iii) £5,999 for a 3-bedroom property. No cash alternative is available.

Barratt London reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of these offers at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee. Contracts must be exchanged within 42 days of reservation of your property. Failure to do so may result in the loss of all or part of your reservation fee and/or we may revoke any offer to sell the property to you at a discounted price.

Barratt London will not be liable for the refusal of a mortgage based on the borrower’s individual circumstances which leads to the loss of any reservation fee. Barratt London will not be responsible for the failure of any deal due to any defects in your existing property which arise as a result of an inspection or survey, whether a part exchange deal has been agreed or not.
