Customer experience managers are available to look after you from the moment you buy your new home.

Each one of our customer experience managers are dedicated to make sure that:

  • You know what's going on as we build your development
  • All the options are explained to you
  • Your move is as stress-free and easy as possible

It doesn’t end at move-in day either. Our customer experience teams are around long after you’ve settled in to your new home to help with the little things, such as using your heating for the first time.

We also provide you with a two-year fixture and fittings warranty, giving you complete peace of mind.
