These offers are available on selected plots only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Barratt London offer. Financial contribution offer:

Offer is a lump sum which you could use to pay towards your deposit or your mortgage payments for your new home from the date of legal completion. For every £20,000 of the purchase price of the property (excluding extras), we will pay you £1,000 (e.g. if you reserve a property with a purchase price of £325,000, we will pay you £16,250. The amount is calculated as follows: (£325,000 ÷ £20,000) x £1,000 = £16,250). The payment will be paid as a single lump sum to the purchaser’s solicitor on legal completion occurring. The payment of the lump sum is per property and not per named purchaser. Multiple purchasers of a single property will receive the same lump sum amount jointly as a single purchaser of a single property. We will not be liable for ensuring multiple purchasers of a single property receive their proportionate share of the lump sum amount payable.

Purchasers will need to nominate a single bank account into which the total lump sum should be deposited. The nominated bank account information should be provided ahead of legal completion. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring the bank account information provided is complete and correct. We cannot be held liable for any lump sum payments which are delayed, go missing or do not reach the nominated bank account due to an error in the account information which is provided to us/our solicitors/conveyancers, or in the case of a banking error or for any other reason outside of our control.

If you choose to use the lump sum payment towards your mortgage payments, it will be subject to lender's criteria.

Barratt London reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of these offers at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee. Contracts must be exchanged within 42 days of reservation of your property. Failure to do so may result in the loss of all or part of your reservation fee.

Barratt London will not be liable for the refusal of a mortgage based on the borrower’s individual circumstances which leads to the loss of any reservation fee. Barratt London will not be responsible for the failure of any deal due to any defects in your existing property which arise as a result of an inspection or survey, whether a part exchange deal has been agreed or not. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
