A customer update on our response to Coronavirus

As the Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation evolves, the health of our customers and colleagues is of huge importance to us. At the same time, customers are telling us that they’re keen to keep moving forward – and we want to help.

Given the latest Government guidance, we are moving all appointments to be telephone only and removing all face-to-face contact between customers and Sales Advisers.

  • If you have an appointment booked with us, a Sales Adviser will be in touch to conduct this by phone.
  • We’re still taking new appointment bookings, but these will be held over the phone.

  • And we’re continuing to follow all necessary precautions set out by the UK Government.
