Responsibilities and exclusions
Owners are responsible for the following:
- Regular servicing of heating and hot water systems and equipment within their properties
- Servicing of appliances in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Ensuring any damage is repaired in a timely manner
The following items are excluded from your warranty:
Gardens, gates and fences, carpets and flooring, general wear and tear, neglect, abuse, poor maintenance, shrinkage, blockages, alterations, wilful damage.
