It may be famous for its close proximity to an iconic football stadium, but there’s much more to the area than that. North Wembley is a wonderful place to live with great transport links, access to open spaces and some great properties. So check out our latest offers and see if you could benefit from something such as our Movemaker scheme, where we’ll ensure you don’t need to pay a penny in estate agent’s fees when selling an existing home.

Things to see and do in North Wembley

There are a number of parks within a short walk of North Wembley, with the largest being the expansive Northwick Park. There’s also King Edward VII Park and Barham Park, while Horsenden Hill West is a fantastic nature reserve which comes alive with pretty wildflowers during the summer months.

Of course, Wembley Stadium is the area’s biggest draw, little more than a mile east of North Wembley. Here you can catch the England national football team attempting to plot their way to glory, as well as a selection of live shows from some of the world’s top musicians and bands. There’s also an array of shops and cultural draws in Wembley Park, including the SSE Arena where you can catch great shows too, be it cultural or sporting.

If you have children to think of then you’ll be pleased to know there are some outstanding local schools to choose from. Byron Court Primary and East Lane Primary are both rated in Ofsted’s highest bracket, along with local secondary Wembley High Technology College, which caters for girls and boys aged 11 to 19. The equally outstanding Michaela Community School also has a catchment area which stretches to North Wembley.

The North Wembley property scene

North Wembley is something of an up-and-coming area, and this is reflected in the house prices you’ll find in the district. They are considerably lower than the London average, yet have seen some excellent growth in recent years. This is thanks to improvements in local amenities, as well as new homes in places like Watkin Road.
