Community engagement

In partnership with Metropolitan Housing Trust and the London borough of Barnet, Hendon Waterside will provide 2,171 private and affordable new homes on the banks of the beautiful Welsh Harp reservoir in northwest London. Along with a new community facility, a Community Trust Fund will be set up to enhance the social environment of West Hendon and a new GP surgery will improve access to healthcare for local people.
