Help, my entry phone is not working
- First, check the main entrance door is not being obstructed.
- Some entry phones will display a power indicator, please check that this is lit and that your consumer unit has not tripped.
- Check with your neighbours to see if they have been affected.
- If the issue is with multiple homes within your block then please contact your management company, provided your development has been handed over.
- Report to your local New Home Customer Care team if your development has not been handed over to the management company or if the issue is isolated to just your home.
