We're offering Britain's military servicemen and women special incentives to help them get their feet on the property ladder.

Military servicemen and women will be offered a £500 contribution for every £25,000 of the cost of the new property they are buying, up to a maximum £5,000 contribution. For example, on a home costing £176,000 they would qualify for a contribution of £3,520.
Those set to retire from the forces this year will remain eligible for up to 12 months from the date they retire.
