Here’s how the Movemaker scheme works:

Step 1 – Choose and complete a Movemaker application

Step 2 – Two independent valuations of your existing home will take place

Step 3 – A selling price will be agreed with you and we will ask you to sign a Movemaker agreement with us

Step 4 – Instruct an estate agent to market your property

Step 5 – When an acceptable offer is made, the estate agent will ensure things run smoothly through to completion

Step 6 – We pay your estate agent fees

Step 7 – Move into your beautiful new home

^ Our homes are built to be up to 65% more energy efficient than a Victorian house of the same style (source).
