We have a range of schemes available to help you make your move, whether you're a first time buyer or existing homeowner. If you want to move but have a small deposit, you'll find a variety of low deposit schemes to help you buy a brand-new home with just a 5% deposit. Or if you're selling your current home we can help you take the hassle out of moving with our assisted selling schemes, including Part Exchange where we could be your guaranteed buyer.


Visualising your new home

We understand that buying a new home is a big decision, so our aim is to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible for our customers. That’s why we have a range of digital tools available like CGIs of our properties so you can better understand what your home will look like, or our detailed floor plans to help you visualise the layout of your new home and find a place for all your favourite furniture. (We'll never use smaller furniture to sell you a house and we factor in furniture sizes so you won't have awkward nooks and crannies).

We also offer telephone or virtual appointments so if you don’t have time to visit our Sales Office you’re able to speak to our Sales Adviser from the comfort of your sofa.
