The build so far

This unique development opened next to Aberdeen beach back in June 2015, and many of our customers have now moved in to their stylish new apartments. We have a fantastic range of homes available to buy, with selected plots having balconies, sea views or city views. We recently opened our new Show Apartment, our 2 bed Skua, which you can come and have a look around, and we expect this development to be complete in summer 2018.

A fantastic location

Aberdeen beach is famous for its long, golden sands and is popular with surfers and walkers alike. The Beach Esplanade has plenty going on, for you and your friends, with restaurants, cafés and the Beach Ballroom which hosts numerous events. If you are more adventurous, there’s Transition Extreme with its climbing walls and assault courses, just round the corner from the development. If you’re a golfer then the Kings Links Golf Clubs is just along the beach front.

Being so close to the city centre means you can reach the train and bus station less than a 20 minute walk. Outside the development there’s a regular bus service to the city centre. With a short walk you can reach King Street where there’s a wide choice of buses taking you further afield.

Aberdeen International Airport is under seven miles away and offers both domestic and international flights to various locations. The airport can be reached easily from the bus station on the Jet 727 which goes straight through from the city.
