Community Fund donation: Mental Health Aberdeen

Community Fund

Mental Health Aberdeen in the city centre has received a £1,000 cash boost from Barratt Homes as part of it's monthly Community Fund programme, allowing it to expand its services for young people into the wider Aberdeenshire area. Mental Health Aberdeen plans to use the money to open a one-to-one youth counselling service in Aboyne.

Sylvia Henry, Finance Manager at Mental Health Aberdeen, said: "We are thrilled that we have been selected and have received this generous donation from Barratt Homes - this will allow us to roll out our services beyond Aberdeen to the young people of Aberdeenshire."
