You can be rest assured that our COVID-secure policies are industry-leading and British Safety Council accredited. So, whether you’re currently looking to buy a new Barratt home or are already settled in, here’s how we’re keeping things moving safely.
Looking for a Barratt home?
To help keep our Sales Offices and Show Homes a safe place to visit, we ask that you delay your appointment if you, or anyone in your household:
- have COVID-19 or any symptoms
- are awaiting COVID-19 test results
- are self-isolating or quarantining
- feel unwell
If you develop symptoms or need to self-isolate prior to your appointment, please contact us and we will rearrange when it is convenient to do so, or we will change to a virtual appointment.
You will need to wear a face covering within our Sales Offices and Show Homes.

Living in a Barratt home?
Our Customer Care Technicians, Site Management teams and subcontractors are still operating as usual. So, please get in touch with us if you need any help.
If we are due to visit your home - prior to your appointment, please inform our Customer Care team if you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms, are awaiting COVID-19 test results, are self-isolating or quarantining. Your works will remain open on our system and we will rearrange the appointment when it is convenient to do so.
