The village lies along the A689 which runs westwards towards the A1(M) and eastwards towards the A19. Using these roads, you can drive to places like Middlesbrough in 15 minutes, Durham in 25 minutes and Newcastle in 35 minutes. The nearest train station to Wynyard Village is in neighbouring Billingham, while Stockton’s train station is seven miles away.
