The town is a 20-minute drive or 15 minute train journey from Blackpool, and just under 20 minutes by car or 10 minutes by train from Preston, convenient if you’re commuting for work.
From Kirkham and Wesham Station, the journey to Manchester takes one hour 10 minutes by train, while the drive takes one hour depending on traffic. Blackpool Airport is a 20-minute drive from the town, ideal for holidays and business trips abroad.
