What is First Homes Fund?
The Government could lend you up to £10,000 when you buy your first home in Scotland through this shared equity scheme. You can then increase your share at any time, or you can repay the loan when you sell your home.
You’ll need to have a 5% deposit and secure a minimum 25% mortgage on a home that’s worth up to £300,000.
Talk to a Sales Adviser at your chosen development, and you’ll be introduced to a New Home Mortgage Adviser.
