Following the success of being named as the Regional Best Site Manager at last year’s NHBC awards, our Site Manager Steve has won another Pride in the Job award taking his total to 8 in a row. The Pride in the Job award is considered to be the “Oscars of the housebuilding industry”.

The Pride in the Job Awards independently judge build quality against the highest standards and are the best accolade a Site Manager can win. We are very proud to have won more of these quality awards than any other housebuilder 18 years in a row!

    We've done it again - 5 Star!

With over 90% of surveyed customers who completed the survey saying they would recommend us, we* are delighted to be the only major national builder to be awarded the 5 Star accolade for thirteen years running.

*We are the only major national housebuilder to be awarded this key industry award 11 years in a row.  “We” refers to the Barratt Developments PLC group brands including Barratt London, Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes. Based on HBF star rating scheme from 2010 to 2020 derived from the NHBC national new homes survey at eight weeks (https://www.hbf.co.uk/policy/policy-and-wider-work-program/customer-satisfaction-survey/#tab-downloads) over 90% of Barratt Developments PLC group customer would recommend our brands to a friend.  Barratt Development brands include Barratt London, Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes.

    Efficient, modern design

We believe a warm home is a happy one, whatever the season. So whether it's blowing a gale outside or April showers are speckling the windowpane, you can relax knowing that staying warm isn't costing you the earth.

We use modern materials and building techniques to deliver energy efficient homes that reduce running costs and help the environment too. They're up to 58% more energy efficient than an older home of equal size and this could save you as much as £2,600 per year on your energy bills*.
