Site and location

A fantastic location

Living at Osprey Heights in Inverurie offers many ways for you to spend your weekends including The Castle Trail, The Whisky Trail and other attractions to visit such as ancient standing stones. Inverurie is a short train or bus journey away from Aberdeen, meaning there are cinemas, extensive shopping and theatre shows to be visited. The train also connects you to further afield in Scotland to Inverness, Elgin, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow. There are stunning beaches nearby at Balmedie and Aberdeen where you can stroll along the sands or visit a national reserve to see some wildlife.

Essentials on your doorstep

This traditional market town is home to a popular monthly farmers market selling produce from local suppliers whereas the town itself is a host to many independent retailers such as specialist butchers, florists, delicatessens and craft shops. As well as this there are an array of high street shops, a swimming pool, a leisure club and Inverurie golf club. Explore nearby; Inverurie Train Station (0.8 miles), Inverurie Swimming Pool (1.1 miles), Andersons of Inverurie (2.1 miles), Morrisons (2.1 miles), Tesco (1.1 miles), Garioch Sports Centre (1.8 miles) and Fennel Restaurant (0.8 miles).

Efficient, modern design

Osprey Heights includes a range of homes with efficiency built in, including highly thermally efficient insulation and argon-filled double-glazing.

The development reflected the fields around and incorporated plenty of green open space for you to enjoy all year-round. We’ve also provided a kids' play park in the centre of the development with areas for the rest of the family to relax.

Buying a new build home in Inverurie means your home is a blank canvas for you to choose your own design and make your own. We’ve a great range of options to choose from for kitchen and bathrooms just ask our Sales Adviser, Bev, for more information.
