Things to see and do
Harrietsham is very close to Leeds Castle, where you can go inside the Norman building, walk through acres of parkland, and explore the maze and grotto. Other historic sights include Stoneacre, a timbered yeoman’s house dating back to the 15th century which is now run by the National Trust.

The journey to Folkestone takes 35 minutes by car via the M20 or 50 minutes by train changing once at Ashford International, while Canterbury can be reached in 45 minutes by car or 55 minutes by train. The journey to and from London takes one hour 20 minutes by car, or one hour 15 minutes by direct train.
If you’re going on holiday or a business trip, London Gatwick Airport is only a 45-minute drive from Harrietsham.
