Getting to Hebburn
Hebburn is well-connected to local towns and cities by road and rail. The town also has a Tyne and Wear Metro station, on the Yellow Line. The town is 20 minutes away from Newcastle by car or 15 minutes by Metro, 15 minutes by car from Gateshead or just five minutes by Metro, or 30 minutes by either car or Metro from Sunderland.
If you’re travelling further afield, the journey to and from London takes around five hours 25 minutes by car, three hours 25 minutes by metro and train with a change at Newcastle, or one hour 15 minutes by plane from Newcastle Airport.
When you’re going on holiday or travelling abroad for work, Newcastle Airport is 30 minutes away by car or 40 minutes by Metro, changing once at Heworth.
