The town’s reputation for top schools continues at secondary level, with Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls in the south of town rated as good by Ofsted. The same goes for Bishop Vesey’s Grammar, a boys school in the heart of town, as well as the mixed Arthur Terry School to the north.

Sutton Coldfield offers a great position within the West Midlands, and takes advantage of this with its bus and train services. Trains to Birmingham take around 20 minutes, while buses to Walsall take just a touch longer.
The town lies between the M6 and M6 Toll, and with the M42 nearby, you get excellent access to the national motorway network. If you have your sights set further afield, Birmingham Airport is only a little more than 10 miles away.
