If you are a first time buyer and you’re looking to buy a new home in South West England up to £349,000, then the Help to Buy Scheme could help you get moving. Subject to eligibility, terms and conditions.

The Government-backed scheme requires a 5% deposit, leaving you to take out a maximum 75% mortgage, as the Government equity loan contributes up to 20% of the price of your new home - interest free for the first five years.
