Stamp Duty Land Tax Rates

Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) is required to be paid when purchasing a property in the UK over a certain price. It is charged on purchases of flats and houses, as well as other land and buildings.

How much will I have to pay?

Stamp Duty is charged at different rates depending on the portion of the purchase price that falls into each tax band.
