New homes in Liverpool

Home of the Fab Four and possessing a rich heritage, new homes in Liverpool are in a lively and exciting city. With its great waterfront and lovely architecture, this highly photogenic city has culture, history and attractions galore. Liverpool has connections to fantastic towns such as Ellesmere PortRuncorn, and Chester.

See and do

The history of the city can be explored in its numerous museums. The Museum of Liverpool, International Slavery Museum and Merseyside Museum are just a handful of the options available all of which are located on the attractive Albert Dock, along with the Tate Liverpool, Liverpool Wheel and selection of restaurants, bars and cafes.

Situated a mere five minute walk away is Liverpool One, the fantastic shopping centre built between 2007 and 2009, following Liverpool’s prestigious win as European Capital of Culture. Here you will find high street favourites and designer outlets, along with several eateries and a cinema, where you can unwind after a hard day’s shopping.

The city also has a strong cultural identity supported by its many arts organisations. The recently renovated Everyman is a state of the art theatre showing cutting edge performances, and has its own ‘writer’s room’ for budding thespians. FACT hosts cult and mainstream films and exhibitions, while the Liverpool Echo Arena welcomes major acts from across the globe.

And of course Liverpool is the proud home of two famous football teams – Liverpool and Everton. Once a resident here, where will your loyalties lie – red or blue?

Education

Liverpool is a popular student destination with no less than three universities: The University of Liverpool, Liverpool Hope University and Liverpool John Moore’s University. It also has a number of highly regarded grammar and public schools, such as The Belvedere Academy, King David High School and St Edward’s College; which all rank high within the area.

Motorists are also well catered for with good connections to major motorways. From the M6 you can take the M62, M58 or M56 into Liverpool. A short trip through the Mersey Tunnel (toll applies) will bring you to the beautiful Wirral Peninsula where you will find beautiful coastal walks and beaches.
