New homes in Llanelli

Live the Life

The largest town in Carmarthenshire on the West Wales coast, Llanelli combines a vibrant town with stunning coast and countryside.

Historically, Llanelli played its part in the industrial revolution through ship building, coal mining, steelmaking and tinplating. In the mid-20th century it was the largest town in the world where more than half the population spoke a Celtic language.

In recent years, Llanelli has had a facelift with a major regeneration project introducing a number of new offices, restaurants, shops and bars. Now an expanding and thriving destination with affordable property, buying a new home in Llanelli offers the perfect destination.

 Llanelli Attractions

Llanelli is blessed with beautiful surrounding countryside. Minutes away from the town centre is the award-winning Millennium Coastal Park with panoramic sea views over Carmarthen Bay Gower and Caldey.

The WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre is home to more than 600 species of birds. Here you can spot everything from Caribbean Flamingos to Great Bustards.

Gentle walks can be enjoyed on the promenade at Llanelli’s North Dock. Viewing platforms, cycle paths and walking routes link it to nearby parkland.

Shoppers will be kept busy at the indoor St Elli’s Shopping Centre in the town centre. Round off your day with a visit to one of the many restaurants in the area, the multiplex cinema or the state of the art theatre Ffwrnes.
