Efficient, modern design
The delightful Marston Park includes many green open spaces with 3 different play areas, a local centre, a community building and a neighbouring cricket pitch for residents to enjoy. The homes themselves will keep the living costs down, as they are significantly more energy efficient and sustainable than homes of years gone by. Percentage wise, our homes are between 45% and 55% more energy efficient than homes of the same size but older. This means you could save up to £1,312 per year on your energy bills.
The build so far
Marston Park opened its doors in 2011, after a successful start, we sold out on our first phase back in 2015.
This year we released our second phase, comprising of 40 brand new homes with either 4 or 5 bedrooms to choose from. Currently we are about half way through build with most of the foundations laid by our hardworking construction team.
We are now coming towards the end of our Phase 2 development and will progress onto Phase 3 of our ever-growing development. Which will include a collection of 3, 4 and 5 bed properties, that is ideal for first-time buyers and growing families.
