The journey to Balderton from Newark takes just five minutes by car, while the village is around 40 minutes from Nottingham, one hour from Sheffield and Derby, and one hour 30 minutes from Birmingham.
If you’re travelling from London, the journey to Balderton takes around two hours 30 minutes by car depending on traffic, or one hour 15 minutes. London takes 2 hours 30 minutes by car via the A1 and M11, or just 1 hour 15 minutes on the Virgin Trains service from the nearest train station at Newark North Gate.
