Getting to Alexandria

Alexandria has good transport links by road and rail, ideal if you’re commuting to nearby towns and cities. Glasgow is around 45 minutes away from the town by either car or train, while the drive to Stirling takes 50 minutes. The journey to Edinburgh takes one hour 45 minutes by car or one hour 40 minutes by train with one change in Glasgow.

If you’re travelling abroad for work or a much-deserved holiday, Glasgow Airport is only a 25-minute drive away from Alexandria. If you don’t want to park your car at the airport, you can take the train into Glasgow Central followed by a bus to the terminal in Paisley
