Getting to Maddiston
Maddiston is close to the M9 and M80, providing easy access to and from Scotland’s two biggest cities. Travelling from Edinburgh, the journey to Maddiston takes around 40 minutes, while the drive from Glasgow takes 45 minutes depending on traffic. The journey from Stirling is even closer, with a journey time of just 25 minutes.
There’s no train station in Maddiston, but Polmont station is only a 10-minute drive from the village. Falkirk is also nearby, only a 10-minute car journey away. If you’re travelling from London, the flight from Edinburgh Airport takes just one hour 10 minutes, while the train journey takes around four hours 45 minutes.
