Sitting in South East England, Buckingham was the historic county town of Buckinghamshire until Aylesbury took over the honour in the early 18th century. Around 12 miles from Milton Keynes, you can catch a train into Central London in just over an hour from houses in Buckingham.

Around 20 miles south of Northampton, historic Oxford is only a little further in the opposite direction. With Chandos Park, Stowe House and Palladian Bridge crossing Octagon Lake, famous race track Silverstone is also close to developments near Buckingham, which you can see below.
