Efficient, modern design

Honeysuckle Grange is a shared development with David Wilson Homes and together we will be creating a new community of 200 new homes, with 146 of those being built by us. When designing our homes here, we took into consideration the existing homes surrounding the development. The homes we are building here are more energy efficient than an older home of the same size by up to 45-55%*. This means you can make an average saving of £1,312* a year on your energy bills.

*For more information on our energy efficient homes, click here.

The build so far

We started to build our homes at Honeysuckle Grange in June 2015 and we then opened the Sales Centre in September. Our two beautiful show homes opened later in the year in November, so come and see how your new home could look . We anticipate that we will have built our final home by the end of June 2019.

Meet the team

Sarah, Sales Adviser

Ron, Site Manager

Sarah, our Sales Adviser will be able to help you make an informed decision when buying a home from us as she has bought a Barratt home herself.

Our Site Manager, Ron has been here since the first brick was laid, making sure our homes are of the highest quality.

A completed purchase doesn't mean our service ends there. Our customer services team will help in the unlikely event of an emergency. On top of the 10 year structural NHBC Buildmark Warranty, we also offer a two year fixtures and fittings warranty as standard.

A fantastic location

Amongst the new modern developments in and around Shifnal you will find a scattering of black and white Georgian buildings, one of them being nearby Boscobel House. Along with White Ladies Priory, both are well-known for being places of refuge for King Charles ll after his defeat at the battle of Worcester. Although Shifnal is a small town, it offers a wealth of history dating back to the 1600’s that is waiting to be explored.

You can easily access the M54 from Shifnal, connecting you to the M6, making the rest of the country commutable.

Shifnal has its own train station offering direct links to Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury which all take between 20-40 minutes to reach, as well as Rugeley which takes just under two hours.

Quality

Our homes appeal to potential tenants, not just because they look great, but also because we design them to be energy efficient and low maintenance to live in. Our homes have won some of the industry’s most coveted awards for design and quality, and we’re the only major national housebuilder to be awarded a Five Star Housebuilder Award by the Homebuilders Federation, every year since 2009.

Great locations

Decades of UK building experience means we really understand the market – creating homes people desire, in places they want to live.
