Getting to Dartford
Dartford is well-connected by road, ideal if you’re travelling for work or visiting family and friends. The car journey from central London takes around 50 minutes, while the train from St Pancras International to nearby Ebbsfleet International takes just 20 minutes. From Ebbsfleet, the journey back to Dartford takes under 15 minutes by car.
If you’re travelling north, the Dartford Crossing bridge offers an easy route over the River Thames. Via the crossing, the drive from Chelmsford to Dartford takes around 45 minutes depending on traffic.
When it’s time for a hard-earned break, Dartford is only a 40 minute drive from Gatwick Airport, while the journey from Ebbsfleet International to Paris takes just two hours on the Eurostar train service.
