To be considered for the Part Exchange Guarantee Scheme you must have completed the Part Exchange application form and reservation agreement and paid your reservation deposit. Part Exchange Guarantee Scheme is subject to use of a David Wilson Homes nominated estate agent to market and sell your existing home and you must sign an exclusive sales agreement with them. David Wilson Homes will pay the nominated agent’s fee provided you go on to buy a new David Wilson home. Any offer made by us to purchase your existing property will be at fair value and will be based on a presumed sale of within 8 to 10 weeks. Our offer will be subject to and based on a RICS survey and an independent valuation. Following valuation and inspection of your existing property we will make you a written offer (“Offer”). Any offer to purchase your home must be accepted within 2 working days and you must exchange on the sale of your existing home within 42 working days of offer acceptance otherwise your application and property reservation may be cancelled. If your existing home is not sold within an agreed period of time then it may not be possible to proceed with the purchase.
