Both Leeds and York are just over an hours’ drive via the M62 and A63 respectively, with Grimsby and Scunthorpe just over half an hour away.
The town is well served by Hessle Railway Station, providing direct services to Hull every hour with a journey time of around ten minutes. The train journey to Leeds will take you just under an hour and a half with one change at Brough, with Sheffield 60 minutes and one change in Doncaster away.
When the time comes to enjoy a well-earned rest, Hessle is just a 20-minute drive from Humberside Airport.

The Humber Bridge Country Park is in Hessle and is the perfect place to spend a day in the great outdoors. The 48-acre wood has open meadows (home to wild flowers and butterflies) and a wildlife pond and is in the site of a former chalk quarry; the white cliffs that surround it is why you’ll hear locals refer to it as Little Switzerland.
Other places of interest in the local area include the Humber Bridge, Hull Marina and St. Peter’s Church.
